The Guarena Throw was designed by Thomas Gaudinet, a freelance illustrator based in France who is known for his striking use of colour and his ability to set rich, deep blacks against softer tones to create work with visual depth.
Every Slowdown Studio throw starts as an original artwork. We collaborate with independent artists around the world to translate their creativity into woven form. The Guarena Throw is jacquard woven in the USA from cotton with at least 25% recycled cotton: lightweight, textured, and built to last. Use it as a couch blanket, a bed blanket, a wall art tapestry, or wherever you need a little colour or personality.

About the Artist
Now a freelance illustrator, artist Thomas Gaudinet has spent many successful years in the industry homing his distinct and joyous work. Gaudinet's eye for colour is truly the icing on the cake of his wonderful works. His ability to contrast deep blacks against the pastel worlds he creates is utterly magical and makes for illustrative pieces with layers and depth. Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. This will be at your own shipping expense, unless the product is faulty. Returns must be in their original, packaged condition and arrive back to us undamaged. Email us at orders@slowdownstudio.pro to initiate a return.

Orders being shipped outside of the U.S., Australia & the EU may be subject to customs, taxes or any additional charges by your local government, which will be payable by yourself.
